Storey Lake is one of Kissimmee's newer short-term-rental-heavy communities. We do a lot of preventive maintenance work for absentee owners here.
Most calls we get from Storey Lake start with slipped or cracked tiles on a tile roof or curling shingle tabs and granule loss in the gutters. We come out, fly a free drone inspection, and send you the photos along with a written, line-item quote — repair first when a repair is honest, replacement only when the roof is truly done. Osceola County permits, HOA paperwork and final inspections are all handled by our office.
Every Storey Lake job is done by our own in-house crew, not subcontractors, under Florida license CCC1337212. We install high-wind rated shingle, metal and tile systems built for Central Florida storms, and if insurance is involved we meet your adjuster on-site at no charge.
